Mr Thejaswaroop Prathapaneni is a passionate educationalist with over fifteen plus years of educational experience. He has pursued his engineering from prestigious Pondicherry Technical university and worked with companies like TCS, IBM as an IT Architect. Later he developed his interest towards teaching civil services aspirants. He has keenly made studies on Austrian economy. He is also the former trainer of Bangalore Jewellery Association While teaching Civil aspirants, he envisioned that an academy should be able to offer reality-based education to students who would in turn create an indelible impact on the society. Thus, Pragnya IAS Academy was founded. In a span of fifteen years Pragnya grew heights under his leadership by expanding across six states and standing as NO 1 academy for civils training by securing AIR 1 and AIR 2 in the year 2022. He have written many articles for Outlook Magazine, Business Standard, Economic Times etc. He has taken over Edvanta Degree College to establish it as a centre of building leaders for the nation with global impact.
